簡要規則描述：本項目位于高東鎮高寶路229弄、北新園路460弄，新高苑一期及樓下佳苑兩個小區圍墻欄桿銹蝕，部分斷裂及缺失；給小區居民財產安全帶來隱患，為保障小區安全并改善小區公共設施，需要全面更換小區圍墻欄桿，并對部分開裂的圍墻進行維修。主要實施內容包括：①新高苑一期：拆除欄桿及鐵門，鏟除粉刷層（含圍墻柱及矮墻粉刷層及硬底），拆砌立柱，垃圾清運，安裝鍍鋅鋼管欄桿及鐵門（含油漆），立柱配筋，立柱、墻漆粉刷，零星修繕等（含圍墻上監控等拆除后重新安裝）；②樓下佳苑：拆除欄桿及鐵門，鏟除粉刷層（含圍墻柱及矮墻粉刷層及硬底），拆砌立柱，垃圾清運，安裝鍍鋅鋼管欄桿及鐵門（含油漆），立柱配筋，立柱、墻漆粉刷，零星修繕等（含圍墻上監控等拆除后重新安裝）。（具體數量及要求詳見圖紙及工程量清單）

（6）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
