合同履約期限：本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年07月01日起至2026年06月30日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務，在此期間所產生的相關費用，待項目采購完成后由成交供應商按成交價折算支付給原服務單位，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務天數計算。

The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. The relevant expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by 365 * the number of service days provided by the original unit.

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Support welfare units for people with disabilities and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
（4）具備省市級公安部門核發的有效的《保安服務許可證》；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
