簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目包括博三、蘭城小區(qū)公共設(shè)施提升、美麗樓組建設(shè)、滬二小區(qū)門戶改造等公共設(shè)施更新工程。主要包括鋪裝工程、土石方工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及鋼筋混凝土工程、樓地面工程、墻面工程、油漆工程、拆除工程、電氣設(shè)備安裝工程等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單/圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description: This project includes the improvement of public facilities in Bosan and Lancheng communities, the construction of beautiful building groups, and the renovation of the entrance of Hu 'er Community, among other public facility renewal projects. It mainly includes paving works, earthwork and stonework, masonry works, concrete and reinforced concrete works, floor and ground works, wall works, painting works, demolition works, electrical equipment installation works, etc. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.
合同履約期限：本項目施工工期60日歷天，計劃開工日期：2025年7月20日（暫定，具體開工日期以采購人通知為準(zhǔn)）

2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；
3、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
